Welcome to Vanguard Photo Academy. By accessing our website or enrolling in our photography courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Educational Services

Vanguard Photo Academy provides professional education, studio labs, and portfolio development programs. We reserves the right to modify schedules, curricula, or instructor assignments as required to maintain educational standards.

2. Intellectual Property

All training materials, slides, code, syllabus documents, and visual design assets provided during the course are the intellectual property of Vanguard Photo Academy. Students retain the copyright of the original photos and videos they shoot during their studies.

3. Code of Conduct

Students must maintain professional conduct in all studios and classrooms. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or unsafe handling of studio camera and lighting equipment will result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund.

4. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
